Ghana Police Service outdoors new Action Against Rider Indisciplne – Dubbed Operation PAARI
The Ghana Police Service has introduced a holistic strategy known as Operation PAARI (Police Action Against Rider Indisciplne) that will seek to discipline indiscipline motor riders on our roads.
According to them in a press release on April 7, 2022, signed by DCOP Kwesi Ofori, Director-General, Public Affairs, the current available data on road traffic accidents indicates that, motorcycles are the leading cause of road accidents, related deaths and the second leading cause of injuries in the country.
He therefore cautioned the riding public to be also self-disciplined and follow traffic regulations.
