Businessman and New Force leader Nana Kwame Bediako, popularly known as Cheddar, has reportedly secured a major legal victory in the ongoing dispute over his No. 1 Oxford Street Hotel in Osu, Accra.

The latest development comes after an earlier High Court order authorised a Receiver appointed by Cola Holdings Limited to take possession of the property with police assistance.

According to reports surrounding the latest court proceedings, the earlier decision has been overturned following alleged breaches in the process, paving the way for the hotel to return to Cheddar’s control.

The dispute centres on a long-running debt and security-enforcement case involving Cola Holdings Limited and Kensington Residential Partners 1 Limited, the company linked to the ownership and management of the hotel.

Cheddar has consistently challenged the enforcement proceedings and maintained his position in court. The hotel management had also previously stated that the property remained under its control while an appeal and related applications were being pursued.

The latest ruling represents a significant development in the legal battle and could mark a major turning point for Cheddar and his business interests.

Big win for Cheddar as the legal battle continues. 🇬🇭⚖️
