Once introduced the new legislation will proscribe Member of Parliament and Judges from being arrested for exceeding their allowable speed limits and using sirens
This has since raised eyebrows across mainstream and social media, with many describing the legislation as discriminatory and needless.
Some members of parliament have strongly defended the bill noting that it will boost productive.
The Member of Parliament for Asante Akyem, Lawyer Appiah Kubi maintains that the law will allow these group of persons the freedom to make it on time to public events.
