There is an outstanding news of a new project that the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, wants to embark on, involving the building of a manganese processing plant worth $150 million.
In viral pictures online, His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo could be seen exchanging pleasantries with the paramount chief of Nsuta, Okokyiriahene Asamoah Gyamfi Sekyere II, marking the new beginning of unity and governmental impact.
Announced by the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Samuel Abu Jinapor, there is a confirmation that the plant project is almost ready.
He explained that construction of the refinery will put a stop to the exporting of raw manganese for refining and will result in positive economic breakthrough for the country.
“The company is working to get it’s next strategic phase done with a lot of advancement. I am happy to confirm that we are currently at the concluding aspect of the refinery construction.”
