Everton Football Club is set to appoint the former Burnley Manager, Sean Dyche.
Sean Dyche is set to be back in action to the top-flight league in England following the sack of Frank Lampard
Sean Mark Dyche (born 28 June 1971) is a former English professional football manager and player who most recently managed Burnley.
Dyche was a centre-back during his playing career, making his professional debut in 1990 and representing Chesterfield, with whom he captained and scored in an FA Cup semi-final.
He has also played for Bristol City, Luton Town, Millwall, Watford, and Northampton Town. Three of his six clubs promoted him. He coached at Watford after retiring as a player in 2007, including a term as manager between June 2011 and July 2012.
Dyche joined Burnley in October 2012 after leaving Watford. Dyche led the team to two Premier League promotions in three seasons, the last following relegation back to the Championship at the end of 2014-15.
Dyche became the Premier League’s longest-serving manager after AFC Bournemouth and manager Eddie Howe were relegated at the end of the 2019-20 season. Burnley fired him in April 2022 after they had played poorly all season.
