Ghana black Galaxies have qualified to the next stage of the 2022 CHAN tournament to quarter-finals after Madagascar’s impressive win over Sudan on Tuesday evening.
The Black Galaxies scored Sudan 3-1 last week to put themselves in second place but they still needed Madagascar to win against Sudan to see them qualify.
As a result, Madagascar’s win saw them through with the group with Ghana being second in the group seeing both of them qualify to the quarterfinals of the tournament.
After Morocco’s decision not to participate in the tournament, Madagascar, Ghana, and Sudan were each given three points and three goals.
