Trade and Industry Minister, Alan Kyerematen, has told Ghanaians to be hopeful of the future as 2023 holds a lot of good stuff.

According to him, despite the problems the country faced in 2022 in regards to its economy, measures have been put in place with assistance from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to help turn things around for good .

At the Calvary Charismatic Church in Accra, the Minister talked about the woes of other countries across the globe against the current state of the country .

“Find out from even the most advanced countries like the UK, United States of America, Germany or France, from north to south, east and west, go and find out some were queuing for bread, petrol and cooking oil. These are even rich nations, but for God’s grace, we never queued for petrol,” he said.

“This was not because of our might or knowledge or government power, it was by the grace of God,” he added.

The Minister therefore asked Ghanaians to be thankful to God for his mercies bestowed on us.

The ministry finished 2022 with a visit to Faith Gospel Church, Family Chapel International, St Cyprian Anglican Cathedral and Calvary Charismatic Church (CCC) for the crossover into 2023.

He commissioned a number of factories in the last few weeks to add to his dream industrialization agenda.
