The President of the Eastern Regional has noted that the lack of resources remains an impediment to the Houses’ effort at resolving the numerous chieftaincy issues in the region.
His Royal Majesty Nene Sakitey II, Konor of Manya Krobo also mentioned that there were fewer chiefs in the House to timely adjudicate chieftaincy issues in the region
He however pledged that the House was vigorously addressing Chieftaincy issues in the region, despite these challenges.
He therefore asked for support to enable the House deliver on its mandate.
He made these observations to representatives of National and Regional House of Chiefs at the ongoing Eastern Regional Coordinating Council meeting in Koforidua, the Eastern regional capital.
