Christiano Ronaldo joins Arabian Club, Al Nassr for a 3-year deal

Former Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has signed a 3- year contract that ends in 2025 with the Saudi Arabian club, Al Nassr on December 30th 2022.

The Portuguese Captain has spiked a lot of controversies over the months in regards to his former club and coach, leading to his new deal.

He forfeited his pre-season matches with his former club Manchester United because, they didn’t qualify for the Champions League, and he wanted to play with a club qualified for the Champions League.

The decision to bench Ronaldo by the Coach, was because of his hesitation when it comes to training at the camp and his ability not to show interest in it.

Football clubs were interested in signing Ronaldo during that moment, clubs like Chelsea, Ac Milan and some Chinese teams.  

In an interview with Piers Morgan, Ronaldo openly expressed himself about his team and his coaches, and the reason for the disagreement between him and his coaches, leading to them laying him off.

After his departure in the semi-finals of the World Cup, rumors had it that he wanted to sign a deal with the Saudi Arabian team Al Nassr.

The deal has finally being confirmed and concluded on December 30th 2022.
