Veteran actor and Commercial Manager of GhanaWeb, Ekow Blankson, has died.
He died at the age of 50.
According to reports gathered, he was rushed to a hospital in Tema but died in the early hours of Monday October 3, 2022.
The family is yet to speak on the cause of his death.
Ekow Blankson worked with Media General as the Director of Brands and Corporate Communications.
He starred in movies like Borga, Frozen Emotion, Savannah, In April, Checkmate, Illusions, A Woman Scorned, Pool Party, amongst others.
He holds a Masters’s Degree in Fine Arts and a Diploma in Theatre Arts (Drama) from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Mr. Blankson also graduated from the Heineken Global Commerce University, Amsterdam, with a marketing certificate.
Before his death, he revealed that he discovered his talent for acting and other creative activities in class two.
Ekow Blankson leaves behind a wife, Justina Naadu Blankson and children.
