Snow in America so far kills at least 57 people

Christmas, a season of joy and happiness has turned into a bit of fear and despair as America or some parts of America experience what is called the “big freeze” whereby temperature falls down drastically making this snow cold one of the coldest in decades. 

At least 57 people have lost their lives due to this heavy snow and cold windy breeze in North America.

New York buffalo is one of the places that has seen snow rise in almost 6 feet burry cars and has also seen people frozen on their way back from work with some even in their cars . 

The 57 death tolls which were recorded in 12 states Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Wisconsin, according to NBC news . 

Out of this 57 deaths, 25 of them were recorded in only Newyork buffalo which has seen stranded drivers freeze to death in their cars . 

Temperatures fall to minus 50 making it very dangerous to go outside. The Governor of New York, Kathy Hochul declared a state of emergency and asks for federal assistance.
