Accra High Court Orders Takeover of Nana Kwame Bediako’s Osu Hotel Over US$14.9 Million UK Judgment

The ruling, handed down on or around July 21, 2026, authorizes UK-based Cola Holdings Limited and its appointed receiver to take full possession of the No. 1 Oxford Street Hotel & Suites located in Osu, Accra. The court further directed the police to assist the receiver in effecting the takeover after reports of resistance to an initial peaceful attempt.
The judgment enforces a foreign (UK) court decision for a principal debt of US$14,928,314.70, together with interest at a rate of eight percent.
