Most people in the world think that they are minimizing their sugar intake by eating sugar snacks and drinking fizzy drinks once every week.

Little do they know that some of the daily foods they eat, sometimes, contain sucrose, corn syrup and dextrose __ all of which contain a supple amount of sugar!

This calls for balanced diet to be a sought-after habit in the home because eating foods containing high levels of sugar is linked with a number of health complications such as :

— high blood pressure

— diabetes

This process is referred to as hypoglycemia, a state which plunges one into being cranky all the time with strong cravings for comfort food.

— Weak Immune system :

When your body can’t control the sugar in the small intestine anymore, it goes into the large intestines and much bacteria is produced which fight against antibodies causing regular illnesses.

— Constant Hunger :

If you are always hungry even after just eating, then you need to be careful because such situations happen when excess sugar in the body shoots up the blood glucose levels.
