The Qatari giants, Al-Sadd and Ghana forward, Andre Dede Ayew, have mutually terminated their contract.
The Black Stars captain joined the Arab giant side as a free agent back in 2021 from the English team Swansea City.
Andre Ayew was in a two-year contract which was set to expire in June this year.
“Al-Sadd SC has reached an agreement with Andre Ayew to terminate his contract with the club by mutual consent,” the club announced.
There was no reason given for the termination of the contract, but however reports are circulating that Ayew has been linked with a move back to Europe.
During Andre Ayew’s stay at the club, he was able to score 22 goals in 38 games, winning the Qatar Stars League and the Emir Cup .
