Meek Mill Clears Air on Found Phone

Meek Mill has took to his social media handle to clear air on his found phone which was allegedly stolen on December 29, 2022.

The musician was seen in a video on social media with the Deputy Director of Diaspora Affairs, Madam Nadia Adongo Musah handing the phone to him.

The Ghana Police Service in a press release on December 30, 2022, disclosed that they had arrested one Mr. Nuhu Sule in relation to the alleged theft.

However, the musician in a twitter post said he was not sure how he lost the phone due to his activities with the stunt bikers.

In the video with Madam Nadia Adongo Musah, the musician showed his gratitude to Ghanaians and the Inspector General of Police (IGP).

“She had to bring my baby back to me, my phone with my baby on it, I appreciate,” he said.

The musician also met with the President and his daughter Gyankroma.

Meek Mill explained to the President how he was wrongfully imprisoned and was released with the support of his country folks.

“I got locked up wrongfully and I’ll say my whole city or country stood up for me, I grew up in a single household, I grew up with my mom and probably grandma, you get support through uncles, we never really had any kind of support and when I got out of prison, I wanted to give that same support to the people,” he revealed.

According to him, he support the community by using his music, music had openeed a lot of doors for him including meeting the president.

The President also used the opportunity to sympathise with him on the near stampede at the AfroNation Concert.

The musician took the opportunity to announce the likelihood of starting his Dreamchasers Worldwide tour in Ghana in the future. The statement can be seen in the caption of his picture with Gyankroma, the president’s daughter.
