Europeans are outraged with how Emiliano Martinez, the goalkeeper of Argentina celebrated his win as the best goalkeeper.
This occurred after Argentina won the World Cup after beating France on penalties and were being handed their awards.
Martinez, who after collecting his award, made a gesture which did not sit well with the Europeans.
The Europeans, demands for FIFA to strip him off his award, for his gesture of placing the award given to him in the area of his genitals.
It is believed that he had done this gesture before during the Copa America in 2021, where he also won an award for the best goalkeeper in the tournament.
They believe that he can repeat the gesture again if not sanctioned, because he was not sanctioned the first time he did.
FIFA however, has not made any interventions in regards to the complains by the Europeans made against the Aston Villa goalkeeper.
