Court advises Medikal after sentencing him

An Accra Circuit Court, presided over by His Honour Emmanuel Essandoh, has advised Medikal after his release from police on February 21, 2022, for showcasing his gun on social media.

According to him to Medikal, he must act accordingly in whatever he does before he ends up in court again.

“When you are in the spotlight, you must act responsibly. Whatever you do, first ask yourself whether you are on the right path,” His Honour Essandoh said.

Meanwhile, citifmonline.com reports indicates that, after the ‘La Hustle’ hitmaker was sentenced and released, he told the court he has regreted for his actions.

“I am deeply sorry and I regret the action. I am not a harmful person. My job is to entertain,” he said.

But the judge in reply, told Medikal, “Go in peace and ayekoo to your daughter.”

Reports however also indicates that the court has ordered the release of the hitmaker’s 9mm pistol which was ceased by the police after flaunting it in public.
